24H-2 kg tablets can be used as an alternative to injections. It is used for cats have mild symptom and it provide convenience to be taken once in one day. It is recommend to use at early fip stage. Usually, it’s takem more by big-weight fip cats. It works for all forms of FIP.

Description

Dose :

 1 pill per 2kg  every 24 hours for wet FIP. Increase this to 2 pills per 2kg every 24 hours if neuro and replase. Take 1-1.8 pills for dry or ocular FIP symptoms.

(Dry FIP is easily developed to ocular or neuro fip if the dosage is not ssufficient.)

Note : The recommended dose in the table is the most conservative basic dose, so please do not reduce the dose easily.

It is possible to increase the dose but it should not be decreased.

Administrate

Make cat fast at least 20 minutes before and after taking pills.

  •  It’s possible to take a small amount of snacks to help pills taken, don’t eat more like dinner, water is allowed;
  •  Pill is not recommended to grind  into powder or cut it into pieces(half is okay). It can be wrapped in meat for administration if grind is necesary ;
  •  Pills could be associated with cephalosporin. (injection cannot be associated with cephalosporin);

Switch

It’s possible to switch between injection and oral pills during the treatment. 1 pill is almost equal to or more than 12 mg injections. (just the efficiency, not the pill weight.)

The tablet can be taken as long as the cat has no gastrointestinal problems or vomiting. Most cats take injections in first 2 weeks, then switch to oral in the following treatment period.

Note : Whenever the pill is administered, the amount of dosage required in 24 hours should be sufficient, with an interval of no more than 24 hours.
